so as i think most of my friends kno, i wanna be a chef, preferibly a pastry chef( deals with most of the time, wedding cakes or party cakes, but also breads, sweets and well....pastrys ) but anyway i sent an email to THE best pastry chef in america and on the western hemisphere, Duff Goldman, and suprisingly, he responded....most ppl are saying, "so u sent an email. wats the big deal?' might not seem so big but i mean, come on, he responded.
